In the heart of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, unravel the picturesque beauty as it comes alive in the form of Breckenridge. Embraced by locals’ warm greetings, you might often hear them say, “Breckenridge has everything you need.”

With its small-town cosy ambience, savoury breweries, and its wide-range ski areas, let me give you the latest scoop on what awaits you in Breck!

With the community’s popularity hitting the peaks of Colorado’s summit, Breckenridge Grand Vacation has revealed promising development plans for the North Gondola and Gold Rush lots in 2022. What is now an existing breath-taking town with 250 buildings, will soon feature more astounding condominiums, townhouses, and hotels.

If you have been to Breckenridge, their Main Street will surely take your breath away. And with BGV’s plan to address roadway and pedestrian reconstructions, including the roundabout at the intersection in French Street and Park Avenue, definitely it is something we can all look forward to!

Aside from the residential and commercial constructions, one of the highlights of the project is the gondola improvements, which safely transport locals and tourists across Park Avenue. The present gondola stretches over 7 thousand feet high with a 391 feet vertical rise that passes through the Ten Mile Range to the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve.

It is no surprise that developments are being done in town. Breckinridge is one of the largest ski resorts in Colorado, and is tagged as an outdoor enthusiast’s playground for its adrenaline-pumping activities throughout the seasons. Not only that, the town is also one of the largest historic districts in the state with 171 historic buildings.
