Shekel – Private Investor to build 4 Sustainable Mountain Retreats: Breckenridge CO. 

Hand crafted in Nebraska but multi-generational builders and shipped out by expert “setters”. These 4000+ sq. ft. homes were set over 10 year ago sweetly on the land to display the best views that were procured by Westward Advisor, Founder Lindsey Stapay. She brought Sellers of the land together with the investors to contract a builder to then re-sell to the public for over asking price. 

White Cloud, Breckenridge CO.  Lindsey also procured one of the Last “Duplex zoned lots” in town for a private developer to build a Luxury Mountain Home +3000 sq. ft. timber and cement framed with sturdy exterior and modern interiors. These units have never been re-sold to the public. 

Contracted by the State of Colorado to re-launch and re-organize a Small Business Development Centers in Northwest Colorado. Assisted business through entity formation to product development while creating resources for existing business to level up their operations and create more jobs. 3rd party validated over a Half-Billion in assisted business funding and economic impact annually from program developed. 

Fairplay, Colorado Land track with existing HOA covenants, buildings, equipment and additional amenities to maintain. Reorganized master plan and current budget and forecasting for the next development investment. We assisted with buildout and Sale of 6 homes, sold another dozen units and rented a few between 2-3 years with investors and families. 

Breckenridge, Colorado Affordable Housing Consultation at Airport Road 1st phase with Mercy Housing. Consulted on initial unit count and proforma to analysis timing and success.

  • MercyHousing.org Working closely with the City’s “inclusionary housing ordinance Team” we created deed restricted Covenants that would affect many families to build a legacy on the park in Denver.
  • The Legacy at City Park South features one- and two-bedroom, 600- to 1,060-square-foot units. Sales center was set up in partnership with Opus Northwest, master developer of the project, donated the land for The Legacy at City Park South to Mercy Housing. 
  • The Sisters of Mercy founded Mercy Housing 18 years ago; its original headquarters was on the new construction site. Our Team turned around a negative public response and sold the project before completion. 
  • Washington Park Neighborhood, Denver AKA Luxury Condos

Consulted small investment firm on planning, marketing and sales of downtown for sale units. During the early 2008 time period we created a myriad of eye catching campaigns to get investors to purchase these properties. While the market crumbed around us we assisted these investors with transitioning out of these investments as swiftly as we could. 


Partnership that started it all for our founder, Lindsey Stapay. Assisting developers at the “groundbreaking” Zocolo at historic Jefferson Park, Denver Colorado. Sold out 2006 With world acclaimed developer @Zocalo Midway through this project to see it through completion as a fundamental addition to community in  Downtown Denver, Creating a sustainable community that the area but calls its namesake as a great community focus spot today.

Jefferson Park, Denver Colorado; River Clay. Apart of Regional sales and marketing team. Words to say with vertically integrated developer to bring I Colorado’s first LEED certified residential Property to completion. Working along side Architects to sustainability consultants. We executed new world techniques for great energy savings. Advisor Lindsey Stapay still owns a condo in the unit and her average utility bills including gas and electric are under $20 a month. In addition her HOA has considerably less costs for the whole building.


Denver: affordable housing: Legacy at city Park South. Leslie with Mercy housing first formal housing projects in this area. Work closely with the inclusionary housing ordinance to create spell the deed restricted Covenants it worked for so many families to build a legacy on the park in Denver.

The Pinnacle at City Park South will include two residential towers and 18 two-story brick townhomes, all located on the former Mercy Hospital site near City Park.

The Legacy at City Park South will feature one- and two-bedroom, 600- to 1,060-square-foot units. A sales center has been set up for The Legacy at City Park South at 1623 St. Paul St.

Opus Northwest, which is serving as the master developer of the project, donated the land for The Legacy at City Park South to Mercy Housing. Buchanan Yoneshewski Group is designing the affordable housing project.
